As the founder of Golden Key Partnership, a boutique business consulting firm, she has spent over 15 years behind the scenes of high-growth small businesses, fixing broken team dynamics, untangling operational chaos, and helping business owners reclaim their time and sanity, and finally have the freedom they started their business for.
Nicknamed The Biz Doctor®, Lauren doesn't do surface-level advice. She diagnoses what is actually holding the business back, then builds custom strategies that create clarity, capacity, and a culture that scales sustainably, not to mention more profitability.
The nickname came from a client. A couple of years into her business, during her diagnostic process, he said she'd put his business through an MRI machine and found exactly what was wrong, so they knew where to treat. The name stuck, and it fits: Lauren started her career in the medical field, in pediatric neurology in epilepsy research, with a background in psychology and cognitive neuroscience.
Her work has helped thousands of small business owners build companies that not only thrive, but help them successfully transition from operator to owner and enjoy running their business again.
